Break it? Need it serviced? Bring it on in and we'll do our best to get it sounding the way it used to. Strings Attached offers comprehensive service, ranging from minor repairs to major damage repair and restoration. We offer repairs on Guitars, Brass and Woodwind, Violins, various keyboard brands, speakers, amplifiers, FX pedals and many other various instruments. In store repairs can take 1 to 3 days. Items sent out to our specialist can take anywhere from 1 week onward. We’ll do our best to repair your instrument in a timely fashion. Our repair department can get a bit congested at times due to the high quality of workmanship we provide and guarantee. However, this can lead to a longer wait. We’ll let you know before leaving it with us what our current status is.

Non Warranty Guitar repair: All in store repairs will take 1 to 3 business days for completion. Whether you need a single string replaced, neck adjustment, re-wiring, parts replaced, frets dressed and/or a full set up and intonation, our repair staff can do it all. If it is not worth repairing, we’ll let you know. Sometimes the price of a repair, due to the labour involved can drive up the cost to the point where purchasing a replacement may be the better alternative. All speciality jobs performed by our highly experienced Luthier ‘s and Guitar Technicians can take 10 to 15 business days depending on the nature of the repair in which case a quote is needed. We will let you know the ETA on your instrument repair and total cost with a follow up email or phone call.
Non Warranty Repairs on all instruments including amplifiers and electronics: Repairs can take up to 10 to 15 business days as we send it out to our specialists.
Warranty repairs: All Instruments including, Guitars Keyboards, Brass and Woodwind, P.A. and Amplifier/Electronics etc... Repairs can take up to 10 to 15 business days as we send it out to our specialists. In many cases the manufacturer needs to diagnose the problem with the instrument causing a delay time in repairs. In some cases we can repair the instrument on sight, in which case the repair turn around takes less time.
Please note that in the event a special part needs to be sourced out, we will notify you of an ETA. This variable can also delay the turn-around time. Thanks for your understanding.
